In this case, Jiangsu Yuanbang's new type of low-flow feeder was deployed to a tea production company owned by Xiaoguan Tea in Yunnan. The company primarily focuses on tea cultivation, tea series product research, production, and sales. The customer opted for four units of the new low-flow feeders, all used in the automated tea production line. Their role is to transport four different types of tea leaves in proportions as required to a tea blending machine for mixing before being conveyed to the next production stage.

The customer had high requirements for the weighing accuracy of the feeders. As it is widely known, tea leaves are light in weight and have a small flow rate. Achieving high-precision weighing and proportioning for tea leaves, compared to regular materials, poses additional challenges. To provide the customer with accurate online weighing solutions and comprehensive service, Yuanbang not only responded to the customer's practical needs and provided excellent pre-sales and after-sales services but also conducted proportioning experiments with actual tea leaves before the equipment was delivered to the customer's site. They calibrated the equipment according to the parameters provided by the customer, perfected every detail, rigorously inspected the procedures, and ensured that the new low-flow feeders could operate flawlessly on the customer's tea production line.

Upon arrival at the customer's site, the after-sales service engineers meticulously devised suitable installation plans after conducting advance site surveys. They repeatedly conducted elaborate physical tests on the low-flow feeders at the site, verified them repeatedly, and stabilized the weighing accuracy within a satisfactory range, exceeding the customer's expected precision of 0.2%.
