After completing multiple belt scale installation projects in Inner Mongolia, Yuanbang's after-sales service engineers once again visited a large coal mining group in Ulanqab. The customer ordered several sets of high-precision intelligent control belt scales from Yuanbang. The primary purpose of the conveyor belt where the belt scale was installed is to transport the production material, coal, to a designated location within the company and to measure the quantity during the conveying process for subsequent production statistics. Therefore, high accuracy is required.

After conducting on-site inspections and repeated measurements, Yuanbang's after-sales service engineers decided to install the high-precision belt scale in a relatively spacious section of the conveyor belt, which is located near the middle of the conveyor. This position effectively buffers the impact of the material falling from the feed point, reducing the measurement error of the belt scale and ensuring the high accuracy of the belt scale's measurements. Thanks to the joint efforts of Yuanbang's after-sales service engineers and the customer's on-site technical workers, the installation of the belt scales was completed on schedule.

Equipment Advantages:

The high-precision intelligent control belt scale uses six sets of fully suspended weighing bridge structures without trunnion pivot points or movable parts. It is not affected by lateral and horizontal forces other than vertical forces (including roller friction, the horizontal component of the belt, and material movement).
