Project Overview
Before deciding to use the Jiangsu Yuanbang YB-GZK high-precision intelligent control belt scale, the customer had been using a conventional ICS electronic belt scale. As the company expanded, the accuracy and automation level of the existing coal weighing system could no longer meet the production and operational needs. After a site inspection by professional technical engineers, it was found that the conventional belt scale used by the customer not only failed to meet the required accuracy but also required frequent calibrations, consuming significant manpower and time. Ultimately, a new generation of high-precision intelligent control belt scale was recommended to the customer.
The YB-GZK high-precision intelligent control belt scale is a modern, innovative, new-generation belt scale that integrates high precision, intelligence, strong stability, and self-calibration technology. Its notable features include high weighing accuracy and a high-precision automatic calibration device. The long-term weighing accuracy can be consistently maintained within 0.2%. The system can automatically complete calibrations without interrupting production, completely replacing manual operations and reducing calibration costs. Compared to traditional calibration methods, it ensures timeliness and accuracy.
