YB-NJ/4 Belt Scale

The YB-NJ/4 dual-channel belt scale adopts 4 sets of fully suspended weighing bridges, with no ear axis support points and movable components. It is not affected by various lateral forces and horizontal forces other than vertical forces (including roller friction, horizontal component of belt and material movement). This design allows for quicker and more precise sensing of the vertical forces required for weight measurement.

Product features: Resistant to lateral forces, resistant to horizontal forces, effectively reducing the impact of belt misalignment and material shift on system accuracy; Simple structure, fewer transmission links, easy and convenient installation.

Weighing Control Instrument:

7-inch industrial touchscreen + keypad screen interface with built-in flow curve; equipped with operation recording function, providing instantaneous flow rate, daily, monthly, and yearly cumulative value functions; optional RS-232 communication, optional current output with standard output signals: 0-20mA or 4-20mA.


6 Full-Suspension Weighing Bridge:

Independent scale body, directly load-bearing scale bridge structure, high-strength scale body, effectively avoiding the influence of deviation; the weighing rollers directly act on the weighing sensors under dynamic load, weight signals are directly transmitted, tare and gross weight are weighed simultaneously, suitable for various materials, providing more accurate measurement. Maintenance-free, heat treatment process, overall spray coating treatment.


8 Weighing Sensors:

Utilizing dynamic-load anti-side force sensors, featuring an outer contour in the shape of a parallelogram and an internal triple-beam structure, these sensors can effectively counteract lateral forces and internal torque between the two sensors. This ensures maximum reduction of the impact of belt misalignment and uneven material loading while maintaining dynamic measurement accuracy. This design resolves the issue of rigid installation connections.


Heavy-Duty Wheel-Mounted Speed Measuring Device:

Featuring a robust wheel-mounted speed measurement structure, integrated with imported core speed measuring components, this device offers high precision speed measurement. Enclosed in a sealed casing, it is waterproof, dustproof, and boasts a long lifespan. The rubber-coated treatment prevents slippage and ensures accurate speed measurement.
